AFFITTA CAMERE BELVEDERE

Sorge nella parte alta del centro storico di Noto, a circa 50 m. dall'Ostello ed a breve distanza dal Duomo; dalla terrazza si gode una splendida veduta panoramica, con la cupola crollata in primo piano, e sullo sfondo la città antica ed il litorale marino da Lido di Noto fino a Portopalo, estremo lembo sud della Sicilia.

Camere Belvedere è stata ricavata da una costruzione antica, su tre piani di cui l'ultimo si affaccia sulla piazza Perelli Cippo, con una particolarissima facciata stile liberty in pietra intagliata.
La casa è stata completamente ristrutturata, nel rispetto della sua forma originaria; vi sono cinque camere così ripartite:
- n. 3 matrimoniali con bagno, di cui una con letto aggiunto;
-n .1 doppia e n. 1 singola con bagno comune, adatte anche per ospiti con disabilità motoria

Come sono composti gli appartamenti:

Tutte le camere sono dotate di climatizzatore caldo-freddo autonomo. Gli ambienti sono luminosi e confortevoli. L'arredamento per tutte le camere è di mobili in legno massello in stile arte povera e comprende: letto, armadio con cassettiera, comodini, tavolino, sedie e cassapanca, utilissimo piano di appoggio per la valigia.

Servizi:

Fornitura e cambio della lenzuola due volte a settimana.
Fornitura di asciugamani e pulizia della camera a giorni alterni.
Viene offerta una piccola colazione composta da snack e bevanda calda (caffè, cappuccino e te) che gli ospiti possono preparare nell'apposita macchinetta automatica. Frigobar self-service.

RENTAL BELVEDERE

It rises in the high part of the historical center of Noto, at about 50 ms. from the Hostel and at a brief distance from the Cathedral; from the terrace you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view, with the dome collapsed in foreground, and in the background, the ancient city and the sea shore from Noto Marina up to Portopalo, extreme southern part of Sicily.

Camere Belvedere has been made out of an ancient construction on three floors, of which the last one faces square Perelli Cippo, with a particular façade in style liberty made of carved stone.
The house has been completely restructured respecting its aboriginal form; there are five rooms:
- n. 3 matrimonial rooms with bath, one of which with a added single bed;
- n. 1 double room and n. 1 single room with common bath, proper also for disable guests.

All the rooms are provided with autonomous warm-cold air-conditioning system. The rooms are bright and comfortable;

The furniture of the rooms is of solid wood in style poor art and includes: bed, wardrobe with drawers, bedside table, chairs, table and chest, useful plain of support for the suitcase

The service includes:
supply and change of the sheets, of towels and cleaning of the room;
a small breakfast composed by cakes and warm drink (coffee, cappuccino and tee) that the guests can prepare by themselves in the special automatic machine;
frigobar self-service.
